At Golf Outlet Maryland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items and opened training aids are final sale.

How to Return Email us at golfoutletmd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact us at golfoutletmd@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
